Athletes from Team USA are taking the stage in the 2016 Rio Olympics this weekend. After an incredible ceremony, Team USA’s 544 athletes are all expected to do great things in the coming weeks, especially the Men’s & Women’s Basketball Teams.
President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama posted a video before the start of the Olympics wishing every athlete good luck on their quests for gold. Of all the possible uniforms or ways to represent the USA that he had, President Obama, a huge basketball fan, showed off his support for Team USA with a jersey of recent NBA Champion Kyrie Irving.
