Like most professional athletes, Cleveland Cavaliers superstar small forward LeBron James is a connoisseur of many different genres of music. On several occasions, he has been seen belting out lyrics right in the middle of a game.
For the most part, James favors rap and hip-hop music. Over the weekend, the four-time NBA MVP gave his fans and followers on social media a preview of new tracks from Meek Mill and Nipsey Hussle.
According to Twitter user @MeekMilly_Fan, James shared roughly 30 seconds of the intro to Meek Mills’ upcoming album.

The King then shared a portion of Los Angeles-based artist Nipsey Hussle’s new song: “Blue Laces 2.” Hussle sent a shout out to James on his Twitter account, saying: “@Kingjames debuts BLUE LACES 2 on instagram off upcoming VICTORY LAP ALBUM.”
This isn’t the first time James has given his followers a preview of an upcoming album. In January, he sent out a tweet with the lyrics to Drake’s “Lose You” — far before the release of More Life. Needless to say, James is well-connected in not only the NBA, but also the music industry.
