Just a few days ago Larry Nance Jr. couldn’t be more excited to be a Cleveland Cavalier and to be a part of his home state’s organization.
But only a few days later, he has to be questioning the people mentioning him on Twitter, after a terrible mixup happened on Tuesday afternoon.

Twitter user @ScheyerCody obviously thought he was talking to Larry Nassar, the former USA Gymnastics coach who is now spending the rest of his life in prison for the hundreds of sexual assaults he did on clients, most of them gymnasts looking for treatment.
But he obviously didn’t realize he was talking to Larry Nance Jr, the new forward the Cavaliers picked up from the Los Angeles Lakers in a trade that sent Isaiah Thomas back to the Lakers.
Nance Jr. replied in this situation saying “wrong guy bud.. you’re looking for the gymnastics guy.” Nance is stand up guy and a good locker room guy who hasn’t been in any trouble since coming into the league.
He has only played one game so far for the Cavaliers and he logged some good minutes against the Boston Celtics. He played 21 minutes putting up five points, four rebounds, three assists, and one steal.
The Cavaliers are hoping they got a good a glue guy off the bench who can come in and provide a lot of energy, something the team has seemed to lack at times.
Off the court, they hope he can continue to be a good community guy, and hopefully, he will never give the fans a reason to tweet insults for things he has done off the court.
