Scary moment early in the third quarter when Timofey Mozgov defends Amir Johnson, and Johnson throws an elbow right at his throat before spinning and going to the basket. The referee quickly caught the offensive foul, but Mozgov took the worst of it, going down and clearly struggling to breathe for a minute or so as he cringed and writhed on the floor in pain.
Thankfully, Mozgov was okay and walked to the bench. He didn’t play the rest of the way, and after the game, Cleveland.com’s Joe Vardon could tell that Mozgov was still in pain.
