On Thursday night’s broadcast, after the Atlanta Hawks defeated the Boston Celtics to advance to the second round where they’ll face the Cleveland Cavaliers, Barkley came out and made a pretty bold statement about the East.

After what he’s seen in the first round of the NBA Playoffs, Barkley is already predicting that the Cavs will sweep the Hawks, and will also sweep the Raptors, Hornets, Pacers, or Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals. That will be an incredibly tough thing to do considering how good all of those teams are, with Miami expected to give Cleveland the biggest challenge for the East crown.
