LeBron James is a four-time MVP, a three-time champion, an Olympic gold medalist, a surefire Hall of Famer, a former No. 1 overall pick, and was once a high school phenom, but above anything else, he is a father. Family comes first for James — even when he’s in the middle of an NBA game against one of the hottest teams in the league today.
On Thursday night, James was spotted by cameras during a timeout saying hi to his daughter, Zhuri, who was watching the game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Chicago Bulls live. Unaware that his dad was busy trying to impress the world of his basketball skills, Zhuri asked James for some candy. What kind of father would not want to get his cute daughter what she wants? Certainly not James, who scoured his vicinity for anyone who happens to have something sweet. It all ends well, as James managed to find a way to deliver for Zhuri.
James could probably learn a lesson or two from Oakland Raiders running back Marshawn Lynch, when it comes to having candies on standby during games.
Speaking of that, Skittles could make a commercial with Lynch and Zhuri. It would be sweet!
