There were a lot of questions after Game 2 regarding why LeBron James wasn’t on the floor at the beginning of the 4th quarter when it seemed the Cleveland Cavaliers really needed a spark from him.

According to Tyronn Lue, the reason was pretty simple as to why he wasn’t on the court: James was tired and he needed a break.

When James finally did come in, he still looked tired, so if he played early in the 4th, the fatigue factor probably would’ve been even worse.

The Cavaliers find themselves down 0-2 in the series, but James isn’t worried because he knows he has given everything to his team in the playoffs.

“I think I’ll be fine, I’m not going to lose sleep over it,” James told reporters via The Express.

“You go out and when you lay everything on the line, you can live with it. I’ll recalibrate as far as how I can continue to help this team be successful, how I can do some things to make us be even more complete.”

The good news for James and the Cavaliers is that they have a few days off, not playing again until Saturday.

That should give James plenty of time to get his body right and get him ready to put the Cavaliers on his back for the rest of the series, and possibly the Finals.

“We have an opportunity to go back home and protect home court.

“We’re going to use these days to really dive in on what needs to be done to help our ball club be successful.
