On Friday and Saturday, the Cleveland Cavaliers held their first Hardwood Classic 80’s night, donning their throwback orange jerseys and encouraging fans to wear orange to the games. Cleveland dispatched of both the Miami Heat (84-114) and Charlotte Hornets (105-116) over the weekend, and featured two slightly different starting lineups. Being that it was 80’s night, the Cavaliers starting five were even given nicknames.
Saturday’s game saw the return of J.R. Smith to the lineup, and the Cavs handed out an 80’s nickname to him as well.
