While being the best player in the world has its benefits, it sure does bring a lot of criticism with it in regards to getting rest during the NBA season. While players like DeMarcus Cousins, Rudy Gay, LaMarcus Aldridge, Kyrie Irving, and Kevin Love rested on Wednesday night, a lot of criticism has been fired the Cavs way due to coach Tyronn Lue’s decision to rest LeBron James.
After last night’s game, Lue said that he was resting James, Irving, and Love for tonight’s game against the Memphis Grizzlies. An outpouring of criticism came the Cavs’ way, and Lue answered questions about his decision to rest James after the Cavs’ 85-93 loss.
