There are some basketball fans and analysts who are dubbing this year’s Golden State Warriors as the best team in NBA history. To be fair, they do have a case to make, as the Warriors, now with Kevin Durant on their side, have marched through the 2017 postseason with a perfect record (15-0).

However, Cleveland Cavaliers guard J.R. Smith isn’t jumping on the popular opinion on the Warriors.

When asked if the Warriors are the best team he’s played against, Smith, a native of New Jersey, mentioned a team he faced in his high school days.

For the record, the school Smith is referring to is Blair Academy — a 156-year-old private coeducational boarding school in Blairstown, New Jersey.

Smith isn’t letting the Warriors affect his confidence, obviously, which only makes for an even more interesting Game 4.

Tipoff is at 9:00 p.m. EST inside Quicken Loans Arena, with ABC having live broadcast rights.
