7. LaMarcus Aldridge

You wouldn’t know it to watch him play, but Aldridge should actually not be playing right now. Aldridge decided to forgo surgery on an injured thumb until the offseason, electing to play through the pain and help the Trail Blazers make the most of the strong season they are having. He is averaging 23 point and 10 rebounds, along with more than a block per game. Perhaps most importantly, he has expanded his game to the three-point line this year, opening up the lane for Damian Lillard.
