As most basketball fans know, the Golden State Warriors defeated the Cleveland Cavaliers in this year’s NBA Finals, 4-1. During their championship parade in Oakland yesterday afternoon, Warriors forward Draymond Green wore a unique t-shirt that has since garnered quite a bit of interest from the media.
Cavs superstar LeBron James, who seems to see or hear about everything, also took note of the now-famous shirt. In fact, the King personally responded on Instagram with a photo of Green wearing the shirt. In his hilarious caption, James simply wrote: “That’s what she said, HUH?!?!?”
There were several current players who decided to click “like” on James’ clap-back message, including his teammate J.R. Smith, Oklahoma City Thunder point man Russell Westbrook, and Houston Rockets sniper James Harden.
It seems the back-and-forth banter between the Cavs and Warriors won’t be ending anytime soon. We’ll just have to wait and see what sort of tomfoolery they brew up next.
