Report: Tristan Thompson to miss next two preseason games for Cavs

The Cleveland Cavaliers are NBA Champions thanks, in large part, to their Iron Man Tristan Thompson. Thompson has played in 388 consecutive games for the Cavs, making him the active leader in consecutive games played. Thompson has been very durable, and the Cavs plan to keep him that way.

Thompson sat our Wednesday’s preseason opener against the Orlando Magic with a sore foot, and according to multiple reports, Thompson will sit out the next two preseason games as well as a precaution.

Thompson is likely dealing with something very minor and should be good to go for the start of the regular season.
