LeBron James runs the fast break, but falls down hard on the fast break after some collision with Nerlens Noel. James stays down for about 20 seconds, then gets up and limps to the bench. Fortunately, it seems to be a stinger because LeBron returned to the game after the timeout Cleveland took so he could recover.
