LeBron James drove right at three Detroit Pistons during the second quarter, and appeared to roll his left ankle on a Piston player’s foot while taking a shot attempt. James retied his shoes, and got back up and continued. Still, the Cavs will want to win today to give James some rest after a very physical series.
