En route to their upcoming road game against the Charlotte Hornets on Friday night, Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James took it upon himself to sing (in a nice baritone voice) happy birthday to his friend and teammate, Kyrie Irving.
“Uncle Drew,” as Irving is affectionately known amongst his fans, was unable to suppress the ear-to-ear grin he began to display when James started to sing.
James is no stranger to singing. Last year, The King serenaded Kevin Love on Instagram for his 28th birthday, belting out the lyrics as he pointed to an issue of Sports Illustrated with Love on the cover.
This is truly great stuff from James. Who wouldn’t want the greatest basketball player on (whatever shape of) Earth to sing happy birthday to them on their special day?
