Through his first 14 years in the league, LeBron James has made a living in the playoffs reaching the postseason in 12 straight seasons.

During this stretch, James has racked up some incredible individual records along the way. In the 113-91 loss in Game 1, the four-time league MVP passed up Hall of Famer Reggie Miller for second all-time in league history in made 3-pointers in the playoffs, trailing just Ray Allen.

James was the leading offensive force for the Cavaliers, almost recording a triple-double with a team-leading 28 points with 15 rebounds, and eight assists in the loss. He nailed two of six attempts from beyond the arc that put him at 321, which is now just one ahead of Miller in the category.

It may be a stretch to think that he can reach Allen’s all-time best mark of 385 in the NBA Finals, but he could keep a sizable distance from Stephen Curry, who is fifth on the list at 301 made 3-pointers. Curry added six more from deep to his total in a double-double effort in Game 1 with 28 points on 11-of-22 shooting from the field.

James has already added a few other notable marks in this year’s playoffs such as passing Michael Jordan for the NBA’s all-time scoring mark in postseason play.
