LeBron James passes Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on all-time playoff scoring list

LeBron James reached yet another career milestone in Cleveland’s Game 2 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday.

Finishing with 39 points, James passed Lakers legend Kareem Abdul-Jabbar on the NBA’s all-time playoff scoring list. James needed 25 points to pass Abdul-Jabbar, which he achieved in the third quarter on a three-pointer.

Jordan’s 5,987 points is still a bit ways away from James (5,762-plus points) but if the Cavs superstar keeps playing at such an elite level, it will only be a matter of time before he passes the Hall-of-Famer.
