Yesterday (Christmas Day), the Cleveland Cavaliers hosted the Golden State Warriors inside Quicken Loans Arena for a rematch of last year’s NBA Finals, resulting in an amazing 109-108 come-from-behind victory for the home team.
There were many sights and sounds accompanying yesterday’s matinee matchup, including a sneak-peak at LeBron James’ new signature shoe: the Nike LeBron 14.
James took the hardwood wearing his latest shoe.
Brandon Richard reports on the technology included in James’ new shoe in his recent article with www.solecollector.com, saying:
The shoe is equipped with max volume Zoom Air units, a dual-zone composite upper for a close fit and a dynamic midfoot strap that utilizes auxetic shapes for a natural stretch and lockdown fit. As of now, there’s no release information.”
Nike has released several official photos of the next installment in James’ basketball shoe line.
While there has been no official release date scheduled, a report from www.sneakernews.com hints that January 1st could be the big day. Retail price for James’ new show is rumored to be somewhere in the realm of $175.
