Last night, the defending NBA champion Cleveland Cavaliers squared off against the Brooklyn Nets inside The Barclays Center, resulting in a 116-108 victory for the Wine and Gold.
After a bit of a sluggish start in the first half, Kyrie Irving, Cavaliers star point guard, poured in 16 fourth quarter points to hold off a late Nets rally.
When the dust settled inside The Barclays Center, one lucky fan sitting courtside received a visit from “Uncle Drew,” as Irving is affectionately known. In what can only be described as an incredibly kind gesture, Irving presented his game-worn shoes to the fan; a pair of his new Nike Kyrie 3’s in “Warning” colorway.
