Kevin Hart, the famous actor, comedian, writer, and producer, is having a hard time deciding which team to root for in this year’s NBA Finals. As it turns out, he’s actually friends with players from both teams: LeBron James and Kevin Durant.
So, who is Hart pulling for? TMZ recently caught up with the talented performer, who was in New York City promoting his new book, to find out. Hart, not wanting to step on any toes, was respectful to both sides in his street-side interview. He did show a bit of favoritism towards James, however.
“I mean, listen, I’m a LeBron guy,” Hart said. “I love him. That’s my friend. I’m also friends with Stephen Curry and Durant. I mean, you know, from a friendship standpoint, I’m torn. I wanted to see Bron’ make history, but Golden State looks great, you know. Cleveland’s got a lot of work to do. I’m hoping that they can pull it out because I want to see LeBron do an amazing thing for this generation, which he still can and still will. But it looks like K.D. has put himself in great position.”
