For weeks now, many Cavs fans were speculating what the banner would look like, but now all has been revealed. Cleveland Cavaliers owner Dan Gilbert has taken to twitter to reveal the championship banner that will grace Quicken loans Arena on October 2 The banner utilises the famous wine and gold colours, along with the Larry O’Brien trophy and signature.

This banner will be accompanied by championship rings Richard Jefferson leaked on his Snapchat about a month ago. The ring design wasn’t confirmed, but given the source, it’s fair to say that these will be the rings all players will receive;

Along with players, all staff involved in the organisation will also receive a championship ring for their efforts and contributions throughout the championship year. It has been a long time coming for all involved in the franchise, but now the wait is over. It will now become official. Next stop: Quicken Loan Arena rafters.
