Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James put on a clinic in Game 3 of the Eastern Conference Finals that resulted in a 30-point 116-86 destruction by the Cavs over the Boston Celtics.
The four-time MVP had a highly-efficient night, scoring 27 points on 8-of-12 shooting and a perfect 3-of-3 from the 3-point area. James also dished out 12 assists along with five rebounds, two steals, and two blocks. James’ effort lifted his teammates’ games as he got the long-awaited support from his peers.
Five other Cavs players scored in double figures led by Kyle Korver who had 14 points on a perfect shooting night from all over.
As such, Cleveland erected a comfortable margin long before the contest was over and it allowed James to get loose and play around his daughter during the game.
Talk about multi-tasking in being an NBA superstar and a goofy daddy at the same time.
James has definitely earned his playtime with Zhuri in a bring-your-kids-to-work type atmosphere that his impressive play generated.
The series is now at 2-1, still in favor of the Celtics, who has battled a Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde syndrome when it comes to home games as opposed to road matchups. They need to break out of that tendency when Game 4 begins Monday night in Cleveland.
