The popular Road Trippin’ podcast under Uninterrupted could soon come to an end following the news of Richard Jefferson’s trade to the Atlanta Hawks.
The podcast, comprised of Jefferson and now-former teammate Channing Frye just got off from revealing J.R. Smith’s true feelings toward his demotion to the bench after Dwyane Wade was named the starting shooting guard coming into the season.
Road Trippin’s Twitter account reacted to the news of the trade soon after it took place.
Many Cleveland Cavaliers fans had grown to enjoy the popular podcast with often honest interviews with raw, yet comical answers in a periodic basis.
Richard Jefferson and Channing Frye’s charismatic style on the mic were something fans looked forward to during the season and one they missed from time to time during the offseason.
Fans expressed their frustration through Twitter after finding out the news.
One low blow after another.
The Office and this GIF never fail.

Now that’s an idea.
You should retire and work for @FOXSportsOH and do a pre and post game show 👍🏼

Even Buddy the elf is disappointed at the news.
While there is no word if Frye and sideline reporter Allie Clifton will choose to bring another Cavs player to keep the podcast alive, it certainly won’t be the same without R-Jeff’s constant sharp-witted lines in every podcast.
Farewell, good friend.
