It could be just a matter of days before Isaiah Thomas makes his highly anticipated debut for the Cleveland Cavaliers. While the Wine and Gold nation continue to wait for that day, Nike is giving Thomas and Cavs fans another reason to feel excited, as the sports apparel giant is also set to release a special Kobe A.D. shoes PE named “Might I.T.” per Yahoo Sports.
A pair of Mighty I.T.s would set you back $150, and it’s expected to hit the shelves on Jan. 6.
Thomas is getting closer to his return to action after getting sidelined for almost nine months now due to a hip injury. Thomas last played in May, when he was still with the Boston Celtics. The Washington Huskies28 product was traded to the Cavs last August by Boston along with Ante Zizic, Jae Crowder, and a pair of future picks for Kyrie Irving.
Coming off the best season of his career in which he put up 28.9 points per game, Thomas is viewed as a valuable asset for the Cavs, who could surely use another deadly scorer and a full-time point guard.
Cleveland is currently slim at the point guard position, forcing LeBron James to spend most of his time on the court orchestrating the team’s offense.
