The NBA 2k19 rating for the Cleveland Cavaliers’ starting five is now out. Now devoid of LeBron James, the Cavs will rely the most on All-Star power forward Kevin Love, hoping that he can still channel his old self that was once regarded as among the top players in the league.
As reported by Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints, below is the rating for the Cavaliers’ projected starting five:
Some have already questioned Cedi Osman’s rating. They believe that the young stud should be at least an 80. In his rookie season, the 23-year-old Turkish-Macedonian showed flashes of brilliance in his limited time of play. Highlights of Osman reveal that he’s a diligent player, willing to run with the best of them on fast break opportunities.
Love got the highest rating as expected. As the Cavs welcome a brand new season, he’ll most likely be the team’s number one scoring option — a role he hasn’t had since leaving the Minnesota Timberwolves back in 2014. Some fans, however, believe NBA 2K19 might have overestimated Love’s rating.
Top rookie Collin Sexton is part of the projected starting line up. Though there’s a good possibility that he’ll indeed be the team’s starting guard, take note that they also have veteran George Hill. He’ll most likely take Sexton under his wing before the rookie fully takes on the starting spot, and when that happens, it will be a joy to watch the Young Bull play.
NBA 2k19 will be out on September 11. For those who pre-ordered it, they will receive the game on September 7.
