Los Angeles Lakers star LeBron James was pleasantly amused by Cleveland Cavaliers big man Kevin Loveâs recent Instagram story about the latterâs inseparable connection to his former Cavs teammate.
For some context, Loveâs recent video story features a bag tag he discovered with LeBronâs name on it, while on a trip to China. What makes it hilarious is the fact that the name tag was attached to Loveâs own personal piece of luggage.
James was quick to respond on social media, reposting the video on his own feed, while also adding in a few LOL emojis.
For good measure, James also included a brief caption stating, âIâm with you forever.â This was obviously in reference to LeBronâs bag tag traveling all the way to the opposite side of the world with Love, albeit unknowingly. However, this could also be seen as a genuine statement of perpetual oneness from one former Cavs star to another.
With Jamesâ departure to the Lakers, the torch was officially passed to Love as the new cornerstone player of the franchise. James knows that he left Cleveland in good hands, and given his undying affection for his former team, LeBron will always be a supporter of the Cavs and Love no matter what.
The bond these two men formed during their time together in Cleveland is also something that distance cannot tear apart. James clearly values his friendship with Love, and his recent public statement of affection, although delivered in a rather comical fashion, is a testament to this fact.
