Cleveland Cavaliers superstar LeBron James has established himself as one of the greatest basketball players of all time. Over the course of his 14 years in the NBA, James has racked up several prestigious accolades, including four MVP awards, 13 All Star selections, and 11 First Team nods. “The King,” as he has came to be known — now with three championships to his credit — knows that the highest levels of success are reached only through hard work and dedication.
On Tuesday, James posted a short video clip of his high-paced workout routine for his followers on Instagram. In his caption, James quoted the great Muhammad Ali, saying: “I hated every minute of training, but I said, ‘Don’t quit. Suffer now and live the rest of your life as a champion.'”

James’ offseason training has been well-documented throughout the years, and it seems to be paying off for him. In fact, the former No. 1 overall pick the 2003 Draft racked up some of the best averages of his career last season — his 14th. In his 74 games played, James averaged 26.4 points on 55 percent shooting from the field, 8.7 assists (career-high), 8.6 rebounds (career-high), and 1.2 steals in 37.8 minutes per outing.
With the start of the 2017-18 season just under two months away, hoops fans won’t have to wait much longer to see their favorite players in action on the hardwood. And for all of the LeBron fans across the globe, it looks like he’s 100% ready to go.
