Two months into the new year. everything is still going wrong for the Cleveland Cavaliers. Even after the return of Isaiah Thomas, the Cavs aren’t where they need to be in terms of competing for an NBA title. To put it simply, the Cavs’ lackadaisical play on the court is somewhat ignited by the team’s growing chemistry concerns.

No matter how many times LeBron James or anyone else tries to establish that the Cavs are in sync, their recent play and interactions just haven’t shown it. On January 30, Kevin Love broke his hand in a game against the Pistons.

According to Nikki Goel of ClutchPoints, James mentioned that he hasn’t spoken to Love since his injury.

LeBron says he has not heard from Kevin Love. Didn’t know if he’s in surgery or not, which Tyron Lue said earlier he won’t be.

This is interesting. James should know what’s going on with the Cavs and its player just like Lue should. Therefore, he should have at least known if Love was going to have surgery or not. These are the questionable actions that have made people wonder about the Cavs moving forward. Undoubtedly, they are one of the NBA’s best teams when they are clicking, but that won’t be enough to win Cleveland’s second NBA championship.

Still, what exactly could this mean? It could have been a harmless mistake by James. Nonetheless, the Cavs have been involved in a variety of weird interactions that have shredded all of the credibility that they have so far. Hopefully, the y can band together and get their chemistry back in order.
