The last few years, the Cleveland Cavaliers have had role players that possess a ton of experience in the league, and especially in the playoffs.

This year, however, that isn’t exactly the case. They may have George Hill who has been in the league a long time, to go along with J.R. Smith and Tristian Thompson who have won a championship and know what the playoffs are all about.

Jordan Clarkson and Larry Nance Jr., who came over in the trade with the Los Angeles Lakers haven’t had any run in the playoffs and that could be concerning.

They both play huge roles on this team and are going to be instrumental in the Cavs’ quest to make it back to the NBA Finals.

Cleveland’s star forward Kevin Love isn’t concerned about the two young guys’ lack of playoff experience though, and there is one big reason for that, LeBron James.

“LeBron is probably not only the best in the world, but also the best at making his teammates better,” Love said in an article for AmicoHoops.net. “So, he’s going to bring those guys along fast and we have a bunch of savvy veterans that know what to expect and get the job done.”

For James, he has always been known as a guy who makes his teammates better and there is no doubt he will try to get them settled in early in the first game of the playoffs.

Even though look for those guys to have some early series jitters but they will have to get over them quick as they try to advance in the playoffs.
