Isaac Okoro and Adrian Wojnarowski may be connected for the rest of their lives, and the Cleveland Cavaliers player made sure to pay homage. In the Cavs’ latest game against the Philadelphia 76ers, Okoro wore Woj-inspired sneakers that he called the “Woj’s Final Woj Bomb.”

Wojnarowski announced in September that Okoro had agreed on a three-year, $38 million deal to stay with the Cavaliers. That would happen to be Wojnarowski’s last tweet for ESPN, as he moved on from being an NBA insider, and is now the general manager of St. Bonaventure Bonnie’s men’s basketball team.

“Last Woj Bomb 🤷🏾‍♂️ #LetEmKnow,” Okoro tweeted on X, formerly Twitter.

It was cool to see Okoro honor one of the league’s best NBA insiders and Wojnarowski was probably honored himself.

The Cavs are the only undefeated team left in the league, and they’re playing some of the best basketball as well. Nobody on the outside may have expected this kind of start from them, but it seems like they believed that they could reach this level, according to Darius Garland.

“I don’t think this is just any old fluke,” Garland said, via NBA TV. “We’ve played some really good teams out of these 11 games and we’ve had some great challenges. Even tonight we had a little bit of adversity, we had some challenges going through the entire 48 minutes of the game, and in the fourth quarter, we just turned it up a little bit on both sides of the ball and I think we can do that for all 82 games… I think we have a really good chance at being one of these contenders.”

The one thing people will keep an eye on now is how long will their undefeated streak last, and can they continue to play at this high level for the rest of the season.
