According to several reports, Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert and his wife, Teyana Taylor, will star in a new VH1 reality show called Teyana & Iman.
On Tuesday, VH1 gave fans a sneak-peak at the upcoming series, which is set to debut on February 19th. The series will feature the ins-and-outs of Teyana and Iman’s relationship, as well as their adorable daughter, Junie, who was born under precarious circumstances last December.

“When I look at reality shows, it don’t look like reality to me,” Shumpert said in VH1’s promotional video. “It’s so important to be a positive representation of black love that my ass actually got on TV to do it.”
Iman Shumpert, now 27 years of age, is well-known for his game on the court, but what some hoops fans may not know is that he’s also gifted with bars (lyrics). Teyana, a talented performer in her own right, is no stranger to show-business either. In fact, you may have seen her sultry performance in Fade, Kanye West’s 2016 music video.
In his 10 games played for the Cavs this season, “Shump,” as the former Georgia Tech Yellow Jackets standout is known, has turned in averages of 5.5 points on 43 percent shooting from the field, 3.5 rebounds, and 1.2 assists.
Shumpert and the Cavs will be back in action on Wednesday night, when they face off against the Charlotte Hornets inside the Spectrum Center. Tip-off is scheduled for 8:00 p.m. EST with ESPN and Fox Sports Ohio having live broadcast coverage.
