Dwyane Wade made a lot of headlines when he decided to take his talents to Northeast Ohio and join the Cleveland Cavaliers. He is now reunited with his good friend and former teammate, LeBron James, whom he won two championships with during their days with the Miami Heat. Now, the other member of their “Big 3” has shared his thoughts on their chances of winning another title together.
Chris Bosh was recently asked by TMZ Sports, to give his take on the dynamic duo joining forces again. He made it known that he is glad to find out about it, and has no doubt that they will win it all this time for the Cavs.
“My guys. Best guys in the world.”
You think they can win another championship?
“Of course.”
Chris Bosh played alongside Dwyane Wade and LeBron James for four seasons from 2010-2014, and reached the NBA Finals in every year during that span. Unlike James, who bolted out of South Beach three years ago, Bosh decided to remain with the Heat together with Wade. However, his career was cut short because of recurring blood clot scares in his body, and was not cleared by doctors to resume playing professional basketball.
Bosh may not have elaborated on his claim, but the Cavs definitely make a strong case to win the title this coming season. Armed with an even more stacked lineup comprised of a good mix of All-Stars and veterans, they are once again geared to make a strong push to win their second title in three years. It also helps their cause that their franchise player is very familiar with their newest addition, who he considers one of his best friends, and that their partnership has been proven to be a successful one.
