After his heroic effort last night in the Cavaliers win against the Raptors, LeBron James will not go back-to-back tonight when the Cavs suit up against the Indiana Pacers at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. James played 38 minutes in a fiercely competitive matchup against the Toronto Raptors, and finished just one rebound away from a triple-double. The decision to rest James was made by Tyronn Lue and his coaching staff.

The Cavaliers will need Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love to carry the offensive load and make plays throughout the contest. Indiana is always a tough place to go and get a road win, so the Cavs will have to be at their best, especially defensively tonight to win as James rests.
J.R. Smith’s status will be updated closer to game time.
