For both the Cleveland Cavaliers and Golden State Warriors, it’s taken eight games to reach their respective Conference Finals. The defending Conference champions have performed as expected, and the same can be said about their leadership in LeBron James and Steph Curry. The two have had tremendous impact on their teams’ success, but comparisons are creating an interesting matchup that is expected come June. Coach Nick from BBallBreakdown shows the similarities and differences between James and Curry, and why 2017 will be the most interesting Finals we’ve seen in years.
Ironically, LeBron James has led the playoffs in steals and three-point shooting – two areas Curry led throughout last season. Very interesting. While Cavs, Warriors make fans feel like they’re getting more the same, there will be differences in this years anticipated rematch.
