LeBron James Sells 16,679 Sq. Ft. Miami Waterfront Mansion

LeBron's Miami house night

It took LeBron James one whole summer, but he was finally able to sell his waterfront mansion in Miami. When LeBron James moved to Miami to play with the Heat in 2010, he kept his 30,000 square foot mansion in Akron, but also bought a new one in Miami. Bought at $9 million, LeBron put this Miami home on the market when he returned to Cleveland last summer. This time, at almost double the old price at $17 million! However, after almost a year with no buyers, James reportedly brought the price down to $15 million and now, has finally sold it for $13.4 million to married Florida real estate investors Timo and Nathalia Kipp.

The three-story, six-bedroom home is set on Biscayne Bay and includes a wine-cellar, movie theater, infinity pool and two 60-foot boat docks. Take a look at our gallery through LeBron’s 16,679 square foot, $15 million Miami mansion and see if you’d buy the house for $13.4 million:
