LeBron James is at it again with his community activities. This time, it’s about reaching out to children and boosting their morale to do best in their studies.

James has personalized Thanksgiving letters to over 1,000 kids in Akron who are part of the LeBron James Family Foundation. Recognizing that some of the students are currently struggling with their academics, he reminded them of the things that James himself is thankful of and that they should all look after one another, especially since there are also students who are doing great in school.

James signed the letter on November 12 and these are addressed to each of the kids. While the program offers tremendous assistance to students, proper guidance are still of essence as they may still face the risk of dropping out.

Big things are waiting in the wings for them as LeBron James announced back in the summer that, starting in 2021, kids who stay in the program and graduate from an Akron public high school will receive full scholarships at the University of Akron.
