On the first day that teams and free agents could discuss new contracts, restricted free agent Matthew Dellavedova agreed to a deal with the Milwaukee Bucks. The key word here is “restricted,” and that means the Cavs can still retain his services.

That, however, did not stop LeBron James from congratulating his brother and fellow NBA Champion Delly on the new deal. James took to Twitter to congratulate Delly while also throwing a little message about whether the Cavs plan to match that offer or not.

The Cavs could still agree to match the Bucks’ offer once Delly signs his deal, however, LeBrons tweet sure does hint that the Cavs will likely not match that offer.
