The Cleveland Cavaliers are getting ready to set for the Eastern Conference Finals just a few days away. The final schedule hasn’t been released yet, mostly because it depends on whether the Toronto Raptors finish off the Miami Heat in six games Friday or have to play a Game 7 back in Toronto.
Sam Amico of Amico Hoops reported on the scheduling possibilities for the Eastern Conference Finals, beginning either Sunday or Tuesday.

The Cavs went 1-2 against both the Miami Heat and the Toronto Raptors, but all three teams are very different from their regular season forms. The Cavs seem virtually unstoppable if they keep shooting this way and the Heat and Raptors are injured at the starting center and small forward spots, which will make it hard to compete against the Cavs.
