The NBA is not going to wait for this season to end before releasing a compilation of by LeBron James’ top 10 plays of the 2017-18 campaign. After all, now seems to be just the good time for the league to create a James’ countdown, while the Cleveland Cavaliers superstar’s soul-crushing dunk over Portland Trail Blazers center Jusuf Nurkic remains to be the talk of the basketball universe.

See the montage of LeBron James’ greatest plays this season (so far) below.

Although some may question why James’ merciless shattering of Nurkic’s dignity is not No. 1,the countdown does a good job of including the four-time’s MVP’s most memorable exploits of the season.

It begins with James hitting a clutch three-pointer against the New York Knicks at the Madison Square Garden right in the face of Kristaps Porzingis. Of course, no LeBron James list is complete without crazy dishes, so there is also his the chicanery he pulled off last Sunday, albeit in a loss, against the Los Angeles Lakers.

The top play could cause bittersweet feelings for Cavs fans, though, as James sank that memorable game-winner against the Minnesota Timberwolves a day before the Cavs nearly blew out its entire roster at the trade deadline on Feb. 8.

There are still over 10 games remaining on the Cavaliers’ regular-season schedule, so James still have plenty of time (and usage to burn) left to supply basketball fans with some more sick plays. Just don’t expect Nurkic to have any interest in watching those clips.
