With the Cleveland Cavaliers on a recent slide, including losing badly to the Oklahoma City Thunder at home on Saturday, there is speculation that the team might look to make the roster moves. LeBron James has an idea of who the team is looking to land.

J.E. Skeets of the television show “The Starters” tweeted that the Cavaliers are looking to trade for a slew of star players, including legends such as Magic Johnson, Larry Bird and, yes, Air Bud, the best dog ever to play the game of basketball.

But James fired back on Twitter saying Skeets missed one very important free agent: the rough-and-tumble Teen Wolf.

Obviously, all of this tweeting is in jest. But it does point to a very serious problem that the Cavaliers currently face.

Cleveland is losing games right now and losing badly in some cases. They own what could be the worst defense in the NBA, and despite that, they consider themselves to be championship contenders.

But the Cavaliers won’t even get to the Finals if they don’t figure out what to do about the way they’ve been playing. And while it’s impossible to bring players out of retirement or from movies to come help them, the organization may have to bring in some type of outside help to fix the issues.

But let’s be honest. It’d be wonderful to see Air Bud and Teen Wolf in a Cavaliers uniform playing for the NBA. Teen Wolf would average the most points on the team and Air Bud would just come in for some much-needed energy off the bench.
