Given all the struggles the Cleveland Cavaliers have had this season, there are a lot of questions still needing answers through their first 10 games. One of them is if Tyronn Lue needs to change the starting lineup, in order to have a more formidable bench. It could also boost the confidence of some of his players, but apparently, he does not plan on doing that for now.

When asked if he is contemplating on the idea of inserting other players in his starting unit, the third year head coach made it known that he will stick to his current starters, and also made it known that making changes is not a possibility at this point.

As it stands, the Cavs’ starting five is made up of LeBron James, J.R. Smith, Jae Crowder, Derrick Rose and Kevin Love. However, they have not had much success with them so far, which their record of 4-6 shows. While Lue remains committed to sticking with his starters, it may not be a bad idea at all to give his bench players the opportunity to start and give them more confidence in the process.

With the Cavaliers needing all the help they can get at this point, a role player could emerge as a surprising contributor and make a case for himself to receive more playing time, which will definitely be a welcome development for the team.
