Khloe Kardashian and Tristan Thompson welcomed a baby girl into this world on April 12, 2018. After mulling their options over for a while, the couple has settled on a name for their bundle of joy. According to several reports, including Khloe’s Twitter page, the little girl has been named True Thompson.
“Our little girl, True Thompson, has completely stolen our hearts and we are overwhelmed with LOVE,” Kardashian wrote. “Such a blessing to welcome this angel into the family! Mommy and Daddy loooooove you True!”
Along with several members of her family, Thompson was by Kardashian’s side through the child’s birth in Cleveland, despite recent allegations of infidelity.
Thompson and Kardashian have been together since September of 2016, when they were spotted leaving a nightclub in Los Angeles around the same time. A few days later, the couple was seen on vacation in Mexico.
Khloe confirmed her pregnancy in December by way of an Instagram post, which prominently showed her growing baby bump.
“My greatest dream realized!” Khloe wrote in her post. “We are having a baby! I had been waiting and wondering but God had a plan all along. He knew what He was doing. I simply had to trust in Him and be patient. I still at times can’t believe that our love created life!
“Tristan, thank you for loving me the way that you do!” Khloe continued. “Thank you for treating me like a Queen! Thank you for making me feel beautiful at all stages!”
One source close to the situation told PEOPLE that the baby’s last name was never in question.
“Khloé still very much loves Tristan, and this baby is one half his. True is their child together. Giving the baby his last name was never in question,” a source tells PEOPLE.
