There is much speculation about where LeBron James will land after this season, with a lot of teams looking to employ his services.

One of LeBron James’ former teammates and current TNT analyst Shaquille O’Neal was on First Take to discuss a variety of topics, including where James will end up. When asked where James should go he had this to say.

“I’d go to Golden State. I’m not joking.  He’s older, he’s on his way down…go get three more.”

It’s really not a surprise that O’Neal would tell LeBron to chase the ring because that’s exactly what he did after he left the Lakers.

He played four seasons with the Heat and won a ring.  In the 2009-10 season, he joined forces with LeBron but was a shell of his former self only playing in 53 games.

But for right now with LeBron he looks like he has a new joy playing the game with the new teammates the Cleveland Cavaliers acquired at the trade deadline.

The Cavaliers have had two games with the new guys and they look like a whole different team. They beat the Boston Celtics and the Oklahoma City Thunder and in each game, they scored at least 120 points.

In the last game against the Thunder James put up 37 points, eight rebounds, and eight assists.

Although they don’t have a big three, something James is used too, they have a younger team that can really shoot and defend.

They are really spreading the floor, letting LeBron run the offense, and letting him drive and kick. Where he will end up after the season is a big question mark, but if this new group can bring Cleveland another championship, the decision might be made for itself.
