Los Angeles Lakers superstar small forward LeBron James returns to Cleveland to take on the Cavs on March 26.

James got a standing ovation from Cavs fans last season and a video tribute. The four-time MVP will likely get another standing ovation this time around.

As we all know, LeBron James is the best player in Cavs franchise history. James finished his Cleveland career with averages of 27.2 points, 7.3 rebounds and 7.3 assists in 849 regular season games.

LeBron led the Cavs to four straight Finals appearances in his second stint with Cleveland. The Cavs won it all in 2016 over the Golden State Warriors, becoming the first team in NBA history to erase a 3-1 series deficit.

LeBron is the Cavs franchise leader in games played, rebounds, assists, steals, points, points per game, player efficiency rating and win shares. Owner Dan Gilbert said last summer no one will ever wear the No. 23 jersey ever again.

The Lakers will likely destroy the Cavs on March 26. They acquired star big man Anthony Davis this offseason, giving LeBron the second superstar he needs to win a championship.

Cleveland, meanwhile, is still rebuilding. Its roster is headlined by Kevin Love, Tristan Thompson, Collin Sexton, Jordan Clarkson, Cedi Osman, Larry Nance Jr., and rookies Darius Garland and Kevin Porter Jr.
