The Cleveland Cavaliers came out on top of the Boston Celtics on opening night, 102-99, and one of the daggers came on a corner three-point shot from Kevin Love with 46 seconds left. Love was found in front of the Cavs bench all by himself by LeBron James, who was being double-teamed on the opposite low block.

While James was spinning baseline to make the pass to Love, he had his jersey yanked at by Celtics’ forward Jaylen Brown. It wasn’t just an ordinary yank, as he ended up tearing James’ jersey down the middle.

This isn’t the first time we’ve seen these Nike jerseys look super soft. Earlier in the preseason, Los Angeles Lakers guard Tyler Ennis saw his jersey torn when a defender yanked at it to prevent a fast break opportunity.
