A few days after getting his eye poked, it is still apparent that LeBron James of the Cleveland Cavaliers still has a bloodshot eye in Game 2 of the NBA Finals.

As posted by SportsCenter, below is a close-up shot of James where the damage caused by his mid-air collision with Draymond Green can be seen:

To recall, James sustained the eye injury in a play against Green of the Golden State Warriors. James drove to the hoop but was met by Green, who raked his face — poking his eye as well.

After Game 1, James gave an update on his eye, which he said feels a lot better. He shared that he’s also taking some eye drops and an antibiotic for the eye’s recovery.

According to Joe Vardon of Cleveland.com, James said:

“It doesn’t look better, but it feels a lot better.”

It doesn’t seem to affect his performance thus far in Game 2. He’s piling up his assists in this must-win game. Obviously, the eye is not distracting James from making his trademark pinpoint passes to his cutting teammates.

Let’s see whether or not the eye affects his vision as the game progresses. But from the looks of it, James seems to be doing alright.
