Cleveland Cavaliers power forward Kevin Love and ex-Cavs superstar LeBron James were teammates for four seasons. The Cavs went to four-straight NBA Finals during the James and Love era, winning the 2016 championship over the Golden State Warriors in seven games.

James is now with the Los Angeles Lakers, while Love is still on the Cavs. Love, though, isn’t taking for granted he was teammates with one of the best players of all-time.

In fact, the All-Star forward says during his time with The King, there were times he would tell players on the Cavs bench they were watching the best ever.

“Playing with LeBron the last four years, there were times I’d go to the bench during a timeout and say to guys, ‘I think we’re watching the best ever. This is wild.’ That’s just what he brings to the table every single night,” Love said on First Things First.

James is universally recognized as the second greatest player of all-time, trailing only Chicago Bulls legend Michael Jordan. LeBron has won three titles, two with the Miami Heat and one with the Cavs, and four MVPs.

James’ 2018 playoff run with the Cavs was one to remember. He averaged 34.0 points, 9.1 rebounds and 9.0 assists in 22 games. The Cavs, though, got swept by the Warriors in the Finals. LeBron signed a four-year deal with the Lakers in July.
