Dwyane Wade was only a member of the Cleveland Cavaliers for five months last season, but apparently that was enough time for the future Hall of Famer to check out the food scene in Cleveland. Current Cavs power forward Channing Frye asked the good people of Twitter for some food advice, and Wade helped out his former teammate.

The Cavs traded Dwyane Wade to the Miami Heat at the 2018 February trade deadline. The franchise did Wade, and themselves, a favor by sending the veteran guard back where he belongs in South Beach. There were multiple reports that said Wade sapped the Cavs’ energy and spirit. Whatever the case may be, it looks like D-Wade is still on good terms with Channing Frye and some of his other ex-teammates.

Channing Frye was also traded by the Cavs at the 2018 February trade deadline. The veteran stretch forward was sent to the Los Angeles Lakers, along with Isaiah Thomas. Frye made his return to Cleveland this past summer, though, when he signed a one-year free agent deal with the Cavs. The 35-year-old has only appeared in three games this season. He’s averaging 3.7 points and 2.3 rebounds while shooting 50.0 percent from the field and 75.0 percent from beyond the arc.
