Newly-acquired Cleveland Browns safety Damarious Randall has a unique proposition for NBA fans around the globe. On Monday night, the former Arizona State Sun Devils talent sent out an invitational post to his followers on Twitter. If the Cavs win the championship, Randall says he’ll buy a jersey for anyone who retweeted his message.

Randall will be buying a lot of jerseys if the Cavs end up winning, as his message has already registered over 80 thousand retweets. That number is growing by the minute, basically.

Everything sounds good, right? Well, not so fast. There is an interesting twist in this story. As it turns out, Randall is actually a Warriors fan. In fact, he sent out far different tweet during the Cavs’ Game 7 matchup against the Boston Celtics on Sunday.

Randall, a native of Pensacola, Florida, took quite a bit of flak from Cavs fans for this earlier post. However, he did note that LeBron James should be this season’s MVP. And according to a report from ESPN, Randall would have pulled for the Cavs had the Houston Rockets advanced from the Western Conference.

Like it or not, Randall says he’ll be in attendance for Games 3 and 4, which are to be held inside Quicken Loans Arena.

Game 1 of the NBA Finals is set to tip inside Oracle Arena at 9:00 p.m. EST on Thursday with ABC having live broadcast coverage. Let’s see if Randall holds up to his end of the deal, should the Cavs win it all.
